Had a great experience with Justin.Had an oak tree removed 2 years ago.Not all of the stump was removed.Justin had his crew come back and regrind the stump.The crew went above and beyond what I expected. They racked the area and even cleaned up the shavings in the driveway.Thank you, Justin and a special thanks to your crew.

I have used Arbor Masters many times and I feel they do a wonderful job. It is a bit difficult sometime to connect with them as they are very busy but I guess that is because they do very good work.

We love trees. We wanted to be sure when we needed help with our three-story triple-trunk oak she was treated with respect and the company we used had certified arborists who would help us do what’s right for her. We found all that and more with Arbor Masters. The arborist helped us with a a plan and the crew that did our work was flawless even down to the clean up. They also patiently took the time to talk about their work as it was going on and afterward. This is the beginning of a long relationship when it comes too caring for our trees.

Arbor Masters of Oklahoma City did a fantastic job cutting down and removing a huge oak tree for me. The tree was about 50ft tall by 60ft wide, stretching well over my house’s roof.Arbor Masters’ skilled crew, led by its foreman Justin, took great care cutting the tree into segments and lowering each piece safely to the ground. No damage was sustained to my house or property. Another crew returned a few days later to grind the stump well below ground level.Both crews were professional and a pleasure to work with. The crews had the proper heavy equipment to get the job done. Great care was taken to perform all work in a safe manner.Arbor Masters’ price was fair and reasonable. All work was completed on schedule and to my complete satisfaction.I’d hire Arbor Masters again without hesitation and I recommend them without any reservation.

I found every employee, from the receptionist to the arborist to the crew who trimmed the trees to be exceptionally nice, respectful, and most efficient while functioning in their individual roles. Joey Lama and his crew did a great job on our elm trees. They also listened to our neighbor’s concerns and she was most complimentary about the finished job. My husband and I appreciated how thorough and detailed they were. Clean-up was spot on. Chávez Dorty made sure we understood the delay in the scheduled appointment and worked us in ASAP.

What an awesome job they did taking down two trees, trimming back and removing the dead wood from a very large ash, and deadwooding about 9 other trees. They disposed of the limbs in old pool as instructed and left the property in pristine condition. Joey, the lead, reviewed the job order with me before starting, checked a couple of times asking if everything looked good as the job progressed, and at the end we walked the property to ensure there was nothing else that needed to be done. Everyone’s attitude was so good, even in this crazy heat! Thanks so much.

Joey and the whole crew did an excellent job (in the excessive heat today, 7/18/23) trimming and shaping our maple, elms, oaks, holly, vitex, crape myrtle, and cedar … thinning them out to be healthier, getting them away from the roof and fences, getting rid of dead wood, and cleaning up so fully and professionally. Kind, polite, friendly, well equipped, knowledgeable, and very receptive to my thoughts and preferences. Spotless yard, driveway, and street after they left! 10/10 recommend!

The Arbor Masters crew that came to our house on Monday, June 10, 2023, were excellent! The crew chief was Joey. They arrived on time, knew what needed to be done and had all the equipment to get it done without making a run to get a forgotten item. When they finished, you couldn’t tell they had taken out a big dead tree, the lawn was left clean of debris, They also took great care to avoid a nesting bluebird with 3 little ones that successfully fledged the next day. Thanks guys! Thanks to Henry for always giving me good advice.
