Arbor Masters of Des Moines did a fantastic job removing an ash tree and grinding the stump from my yard. They were careful with the removal, professional when communicating with me, and cleaned up after the job was complete. The price is affordable for the tree removal, they have all the equipment necessary to get the job done right, and I will definitely call them again for future tree service. I highly recommend them to anyone who is considering tree removal or service.

The Arbor Masters crew was professional and focused. I had 9 trees to be removed, located between two houses, and they had a “no problem” attitude. The tree crew did a good job of taking down the fallen tree but were reluctant to distribute cut pieces throughout the timber as was stated in the agreement. It appears that there is a lack of communication with the field crew.

Jason and his crew from At or master did an excellent job trimming my maple in front of the house. They consulted with me before work began and checked with me when it was finished. They were prompt to the job and cleaned up the job site very well before they left. I did not have to even get a rake out afterwards! Couldn’t be more happy with their work.

We hired another company two years ago that did very little trimming and left a lot of tree debris. Bryce and Lee did an amazing job with our two maple trees. They were polite, efficient, did exactly what we asked and checked several times to make sure we were satisfied. Then they cleaned up so hardly a twig was left!

Arbor Masters beat the lowest quote I received and did a phenomenal job removing 5 dead trees from our property. 3 large Oaks (one of which was next to a transformer), an unsightly Pear, and a massive Willow tree that was on our shoreline. They accomplished all of this in one day, cleaned up the entire mess, and then came back the next day to stump grind and reseed. Top notch service. A few of them also offered to help with some heavy lifting that I was doing around the property that had nothing to do with the service they were providing. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be using them again in the future for all of our tree care needs.

I was very pleased with the service and the speedy reply’s and work. The work done was very professional and I did learn somethings from the person doing the job. He was very informative. The office personnel were very respectful & helpful.I would like to say I contacted multiple companies to do the work and the only one who came thru with estimates in a timely manner was Arbor Masters. I did not receive any estimates from the any other company and I contacted at least 6 others trying to get someone to reply. I was even given appointment times that were always a no show. My husband had been for some time looking for a dependable and reasonable tree service that would take care of our needs relating to the large tree that had outgrown in the front yard. A representative from Arbor Masters called right away when we enquired about the service, came out on the same day and gave a quote after looking at the tree and asking my husband what he wanted done. Not only did they take care of the needs they picked up the debris and the extra limbs & leaves from the yard. Very professional from the beginning to the end. All four men even looked like they enjoyed doing it.
