Our Arborist Advisors can communicate directly with your insurance provider when needed, but our office administrative staff typically do not handle insurance matters.

We aim to respond within 24 hours. For severe damage, we can often be on-site within an hour. For incidents that occur outside of normal business hours, response time may extend up to 8 hours as we call in crews and mobilize resources.

We prioritize our services based on the severity and potential risk of further damage or injury. High-priority situations include:

• Trees or branches that have fallen on houses, structures, or vehicles
• Trees that have come into contact with power lines
• Dangerous hanging branches that could fall.

Conversely, tree limbs that have already fallen and are resting on the ground are considered a secondary priority.

We specialize in removing tree debris caused by storm damage. However, we cannot dispose of other types of debris, such as damaged siding or fencing, through our dump sites.
