We’d rather meet in person to give an estimate than over the phone. Every situation is different, so it’s best to examine the tree(s) and surrounding area before we give you an accurate quote.
We prefer to meet you in person, but if that’s not possible, we can also do contactless, swing-by visits. We like getting to know our clients! Plus, meeting in person gives you a chance to ask any questions you may have about your trees and lets us fully explain what we suggest for your trees and the reason why.

Yes, we work through the winter. In fact, many tree maintenance projects are best done during winter dormancy. Please note, however, that just like the other times of the year, we are at the mercy of the weather. We only work when it's safe enough for our team.
If your job needs to be rescheduled, we will contact you right away and let you know.
We do our best to protect your lawn and plantings when doing tree work. And, of course, we're always careful to avoid any potential damage to structures!
Tree removal and pruning may involve lowering or dropping large pieces of heavy wood onto your lawn; as a result, minor lawn damage is inevitable. We patch minor lawn damage, such as small divots, with dirt and grass seed.
If it's something major, like large ruts or divots, we will revisit the site to come up with a plan to make it right.
Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice. You will continue to receive invoices at 7-day intervals until payment is received in full.
We accept payment by check or credit card.
Payments can be made securely online or called in and done over the phone.
Checks can be given to the crew or mailed to your local branch office.
