Remove Those Unsightly Stumps
Few things are worse than finally having a dangerous or dead tree removed and seeing the stump still in the ground. The remnant of a tree is not only an ugly sight, it is also a tripping hazard. At Arbor Masters, our team of ISA Certified Arborists can grind your stump with our state-of-the-art equipment and allow you to have an attractive property once again.
Why You Should Choose Stump Grinding
While it is possible to live with a stump on your property, having it ground down and out of sight has numerous benefits to you and your property. Some common benefits our clients cite after they have our efficient stump grinding service done include:
Limits Tripping Risks
Stumps and their roots can become a tripping hazard for kids playing in the yard or foot traffic during an outdoor function.
Increased Beauty
A rotting stump will drag down your home’s curb appeal and lower your property value if you decide to sell the land.
Prevent Regrowth
Sprouts and suckers will often shoot up from a stump and need to be removed.
More Lawn Space
You can replace the stump with decorations, a play area for kids, or an area to sit out in the sun.
Our Stump Grinding Process
We have a standard process for grinding your stumps, and we want to make the process as simple as possible by outlining it so there are no surprises.
Assessment
We’ll examine your stump to get an idea of how difficult the job will be and if there are any nearby structures that will complicate the procedure.
Preparation
We’ll do what we can to protect your property before we start to minimize the impact of our stump grinding.
Grinding
We use a specialized stump grinder to grind your stump several inches below the soil level and out of sight.
Cleanup
We’ll rake the grindings into the hole left by the stump and can either dispose of the other grindings or leave them in a neat mound for you to use.
Inspection
We’ll perform a final inspection of the site to ensure it is up to our standards and that you’ll be happy with the work.
The Arbor Masters Difference
What makes Arbor Masters different than other Tulsa tree care companies? It’s simple: we bring a level of expertise and knowledge that the others just can’t replicate. When you hire us, you’re getting:
ISA Certified Arborists on Staff: We employ ISA Certified Arborists, experts in tree care with comprehensive knowledge.
TCIA Accreditation: We follow all the highest standards for tree care in the industry.
Commitment to Doing What’s Best For Trees: We make suggestions based on what’s best for you and your trees, not our bottom line.
High-Tech Equipment: Our advanced technology can make quick work of your stumps.
Customer Service Mindset: We’re not happy until you are, and if there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, just let us know.
We’ll Leave Your Yard Looking Spotless
Once we’re done with grinding your stump, we’ll do everything in our power to bring your yard back to its original state. Stump grinding leaves plenty of debris, and far too many tree care companies are happy to just leave debris scattered everywhere. But we’ll clean up the grindings, backfill the hole with them, and leave the rest in a nice mound for you to use for mulch if you desire. If you don’t want the grindings, we’ll haul them away for you.

Stump Grinding FAQs
Sometimes we grind stumps on the same day as tree removal, but not always. We have a dedicated stump grinding team, and they will take care of your stump at the earliest convenience.
We’ll use some of the stump grindings to backfill the hole. We will either leave the rest of the grindings in a neat mound for you to use as mulch, or haul them away, whichever you prefer.
While you can leave a stump in the ground, it will remain an eyesore and can be a tripping hazard. Stump grinding is minimally invasive and will make short work of the remaining stump.
Yes! Our stump grinder can fit almost anywhere, including through any standard 36-inch gate.
